bringing the mountains back to the city.

So I’m back from my week up at camp. I’ve talked about Unicamp as a program and my experience last year, but it only says so much. It must be the thing people always talk about called Woodsey magic. I don’t know if it has to do with the aura or some sort of feng shui, but it’s there. Me having an impact on the campers, them having the an impact on me, and them having an impact on everyone around them. We had such an amazing group of campers. Aside from our slight dips here and there, it was a huge high. It’s an incredible thing to see these high school students with a certain level of maturity step up as leaders when necessary and accomplish everything they did. There is potential in each and every one of them. They truly will bring something they learned in the mountains into the cities and turn the world around. So now you don’t want to be the center of attention? The start of the Gauntlet. One of my co-advisers and easily the funniest and most entertaining man I know. See him compete in the X.ecution at Ultimate Improv on Fridays! Creeper.I have no idea. These are two of my other co-advisers. I couldn’t ask for a better ones. Seriously.
I did take down the alpine tower. My arms have been up in triumph ever since. You just gotta let it out sometimes. This is when my camera ran out of batteries. There are more photos scattered around on other people’s cameras. Oh well. Even though I don’t have any more photos to remember the experience, the impact everyone had on me will last forever.
